Structure
A Maharashtra SPV holds the sovereign IP.
MahaAI is operated through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle jointly established by the Government of Maharashtra and Daisy Intelligence (ITON Group). The SPV is Mumbai-headquartered, holds the sovereign IP repository for the state, and is governed by an independent board with technical and audit committees. Specific shareholding, board composition and commercial terms are documented in the definitive agreements.
